Two semi-private chambers - each centred around a fireplace and layered with curated art - host up to 16 and 20 guests respectively.

Beyond Mary Mary in The Tasman, A Luxury Collection Hotel, Hobart, the sandstone cellar hosts small-group immersive guided tastings, led by our sommelier and bartenders. In the Printing Room, original sandstone walls, windows, and the fireplace pair with modern furnishings to create an elegant, inviting space for up to 26 guests to enjoy a Tutti a Tavola feast, or a customized banquet menu.
