Drawing inspiration from the natural bounty of Tasmania our collection of seeds capture the essence of our islands native offering infused into fine drinking. Illustrated in charcoal - a clue to our hidden coal chute and the many tastes and textures awaiting discovery.

Our menu aims to celebrate the terroir of all corners of Tasmania. We hope you find it intriguing, even thought provoking and brings you a sense of discovery.
